If you have a McLaren St Luke’s Primary Care Physician/Provider: IF there is adequate supply of these treatments AND you meet criteria, AND a medical evaluation has been performed, then you will be directed to an appropriate Mercy Health Infusion Center. Please contact your primary care physician/provider to determine if you meet criteria. A medical evaluation will then be performed. If you have a PromedicaPrimary Care Physician/Provider: IF there is adequate supply of these treatments AND you meet criteria, then you will be directed to an appropriate Mercy Health Infusion Center. If you have a UTMC Primary Care Physician/Provider: Please contact your primary care provider to determine if you meet criteria AND if you meet criteria, your provider will refer you to a ProMedica Urgent Care Center or Emergency Department for a medical evaluation. Please contact your primary care provider to determine if you meet criteria AND you will be referred to their program for a medical evaluation. Unvaccinated people who have taken part in activities that put them at higher risk for COVID-19 because they cannot physically distance as needed to avoid exposure, such as travel, attending large social or mass gatherings, or being in crowded or poorly-ventilated indoor settings.People who have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 3 months and recovered do not need to get tested following an exposure as long as they do not develop new symptoms.Fully vaccinated people should be tested 3-5 days following a known exposure to someone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 and wear a mask in public indoor settings for 14 days or until they receive a negative test result.Most people who have had close contact (within 6 feet for a total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period) with someone with confirmed COVID-19.If determined to be a candidate for oral antiviral treatment AND treatment is available, you will be directed to an appropriate pharmacy with a prescription.
